About Sol13
Established in 2006, Sol13 provides design, planning, construction, supervision and turn-key project services across Rajasthan. With a team of highly dedicated people, our professional approach ensures every project is completed successfully, on time and at competitive rates.
We take a flexible, proactive and client-focused approach to building construction. Over the years we've built wide-ranging expertise across planning, structures, electrical and electronics, sanitary and water supply, interiors, HVAC, and landscaping and horticulture — enabling us to deliver commercial and private projects including bungalows, houses, research facilities, cafes, restaurants, hospitals, hi-tech offices, showrooms and swimming pools, all under one name: Sol13.

Devendra Bhirania
Founder, Sol13
Devendra Bhirania founded Sol13 in 2006 and has led the studio's design, planning and construction practice across Rajasthan ever since. Under his direction, Sol13 has taken on residences, hotels, restaurants, offices, showrooms and more with the same flexible, client-focused approach the studio was built on.
